Skiing is the best sport to play during winter. Skiing is recreational, fun yet challenging sport to play. Those who are new visiting my blog for the first time let me introduce myself to you, I am Mitesh Shere, I am a big fan of extreme sports and skiing is one of them. I personally love skiing sport because it provides me a sense of freedom and exhilaration. There are many places across the globe where you can have best skiing experience, I have been to many places to try out this particular sport and I have listed down few of my favorite places where you can enjoy skiing. 


Bulgaria:
When sun is upon you and it's getting hot in your town then you can travel to this beautiful place. Bulgaria has refashioned skiing, the infrastructure is beyond comparison. This place is the wildest dream of every ski lover. Every person who enjoy skiing they should definitely check this place out. 

Switzerland:
Switzerland is one of the most exciting places for skiing; it is rich in natural beauty and has variety of terrain. Zermatt is the most popular place for skiing but there are other destinations in the country which you can try out for skiing.

Italy:
It is the most romantic country; hence it is a popular destination for honeymoon. But you can add one more reason to visit Italy and that is skiing. Alagna Valsesia is the most popular place for skiing in Italy; this place is usually visited by the advanced skier. 

Finland:
People overlook this place because it has less mountains but Finland has vast opportunity for skiing. It has incredible, the landscape is marvelous and it is fun destination for skiing in the world. If you are a family person then you might enjoy this place more than any other country for skiing.

Austria:
Austria is a perfect skiing place for beginners. It provides the world class skiing experience and has the perfect snow which doesn’t leave trail. It also has popular ski town and villages which you can explore.

Scotland:
Scotland has brilliant slope and amazing snow which provides the thrilling experience of skiing.
There are various slopes like Lecht, Cairngorm, Nevis, Glencoe and Glenshee to explore and these slopes provide exhilarating experience of skiing.

We have always heard that any sport is an excellent form of exercise, but we hardly consider playing sports to keep ourselves fit, instead we go to the gym and lift heavy equipment. If you pick any game you like and play it on a regular basis, it will be more fun and easy way to workout. Outdoor sports keeps us fit and have many health benefits. Effortless downhill sport of skiing is one of the best sports and have plenty health benefits on human body. In this post I am going to tell you some epic health benefits of skiing to educate you all that it is not just a fun or leisure game instead it is the most thrilling way of keeping yourself fit.

Increases flexibility: Having flexible body is a great advantage, it usually avoids body from conditions like strain and muscles sprains. A thorough stretching routine before skiing focus on core muscles development and improve the abdominal strength. Since the lower body part is involved in the game more, it helps in building stamina and improves body flexibility. 


 Improve muscles: It is a game of balance and adjustment, since our leg has to constantly stable and adjust the body through obstacles and keep it straight upright. It gives legs a great workout, especially on large quadriceps and gluts muscles. You have to do squatting exercise before the game which helps in developing strong legs and channel the energy in burning calories.

Improve heart health:  It raises the blood pumping throughout the body which increases oxygen level in the body and elevate your mood. While skiing, Endorphins and adrenaline are released in your body which gives you an experience of lifetime and sense of well-being. When more oxygen is mixed in your bloodstream you feel alive and energetic which is good for your heart.

Wonder sports: Skydiving and skiing



Sports is one amazing thing to get back to life. Today life is full of stress; therefore, it is easy to fall prey to the mundane life and loose the luster of life. We see how people are busy with life and trying to make life better by airing more and spending better. 

Yet, life is still a boring place, if there is no excitement in it. Sports, however, add great value to our lives, especially those that have a bit of thrill added to it. Skydiving and skiing are two such sports that are amazing in themselves. These sports add a sense of thrill and also great excitement. 

Skydiving is an amazing sport, and it really releases all the adrenalin in the body and takes you to state of great well-being. Going up the sky and jumping needs guts and that is not something everyone can do; however, once you try the sport, the sense of satisfaction achieved is beyond words to express. It is like ecstasy, like nirvana that is attained in deep meditation. When diving from thousands of feet above the ground, it is surely a feeling of void and serenity.

Skiing on the other hand can be fun, as it is more connected to earth. The deep snow and crazy desire to cut through the snow again gives a sense of joy. The great mountains, the wonderful serene environment and the lovely weather is all together a wonderful package to experience a phenomenal release from the mundane life. 

Sports always allow you to experience a new life that is so hidden within us. Sports are a great way to get connected to yourself and your environment. However, a word of caution is, play safe and keep yourself safe when you take up such adventure sports.
