Skiing is the best sport to play during winter. Skiing is recreational, fun yet challenging sport to play. Those who are new visiting my blog for the first time let me introduce myself to you, I am Mitesh Shere, I am a big fan of extreme sports and skiing is one of them. I personally love skiing sport because it provides me a sense of freedom and exhilaration. There are many places across the globe where you can have best skiing experience, I have been to many places to try out this particular sport and I have listed down few of my favorite places where you can enjoy skiing. 


Bulgaria:
When sun is upon you and it's getting hot in your town then you can travel to this beautiful place. Bulgaria has refashioned skiing, the infrastructure is beyond comparison. This place is the wildest dream of every ski lover. Every person who enjoy skiing they should definitely check this place out. 

Switzerland:
Switzerland is one of the most exciting places for skiing; it is rich in natural beauty and has variety of terrain. Zermatt is the most popular place for skiing but there are other destinations in the country which you can try out for skiing.

Italy:
It is the most romantic country; hence it is a popular destination for honeymoon. But you can add one more reason to visit Italy and that is skiing. Alagna Valsesia is the most popular place for skiing in Italy; this place is usually visited by the advanced skier. 

Finland:
People overlook this place because it has less mountains but Finland has vast opportunity for skiing. It has incredible, the landscape is marvelous and it is fun destination for skiing in the world. If you are a family person then you might enjoy this place more than any other country for skiing.

Austria:
Austria is a perfect skiing place for beginners. It provides the world class skiing experience and has the perfect snow which doesn’t leave trail. It also has popular ski town and villages which you can explore.

Scotland:
Scotland has brilliant slope and amazing snow which provides the thrilling experience of skiing.
There are various slopes like Lecht, Cairngorm, Nevis, Glencoe and Glenshee to explore and these slopes provide exhilarating experience of skiing.

Health advantage of Skydiving



Skydiving is an adventurous sport which is on everyone’s wish list. People want to do skydiving because it pumps adrenaline in the blood and make them feel alive. People know that it is adventurous and dangerous sports but very few people know that it provides tremendous amount of health benefits. My friend recently said to me, Mitesh Shere, why are you so obsessed with these dangerous sports? And then I realized that people just look at adventurous sports as dangerous and fail to realize its advantages. In this post I am going to tell you the major benefits of skydiving so that you can lose your fear and experience these breath-taking sports. 


 Physical benefits: While skydiving you need to control the parachute, this activity helps in building upper arms muscles and while landing you burn calories which helps in toning your lower body muscles. Carrying heavy skydiving gear while falling burns out the energy and builds muscles strength.

Build confidence: Skydiving is all about self-confidence and inner peace, while falling toward the ground you have to have faith in yourself that you can do it successfully. The sense of achievement fills your nerves with confidence and that feeling gives you positive outlook towards life.

Facing fear: Skydiving is an extreme game and it takes a lot of courage to jump from 14,000 feet above the ground and fall at 120 mph of speed. But once you have conquered the fear of skydiving then you can achieve anything big in life. The fear prevents us from doing anything new and once that fear has been removed then you can achieve anything in life.

Mental rejuvenation: When you perform an extreme activity you feel excited and energetic, it happens because your adrenaline kicks in. Adrenaline works as a defense mechanism and beneficial for health as well. According to professional skydivers and my experience, skydiving requires proper control over mind which makes you aware of the surrounding things when you jump.

Stress buster: According to the psychologists simulating human brain is very essential, hence they should try adventurous activities. While skydiving, you brain is engaged on it and nothing else, your brain blocks all other distractions and stress. This extreme activity stimulates your brain well and makes it stress free.

Activities like bungee jumping, skydiving, skiing, rock climbing, glacier climbing, paragliding, etc. helps you generate energy in your body and makes you feel alive. These sports demand physical exertion and stamina, lot of physical involvement means lot of health benefits. In this post I am going to talk about the benefits of the adventurous sports.

Build confidence: People, who engage in adventurous sports, usually compete with themselves and achieve a sense of accomplishment when they meet their goal. Adventurous sports are about defeating your fear and experience something exhilarating. Once you overcome your fear, your confidence level increase which helps you develop positive self-esteem. It makes you confident enough to face any real life challenge easily and helps you overcome any difficulties in life.

Any outdoor activity gives you a chance to be close to the nature, you can live in natural beauty and purity, which you cannot find in busy city life. When you are exposed to the natural environment you discover new things and new perspective which leads you on the path of self discovery. Adventurous sports are a great way to connect with your spiritual self and take control of your body as well as your mind. 


 Thrilling exercise: Adventurous sports are an amazing way of keeping fit and healthy. These activities provide thrilling exercise experience and builds endurance. It teaches you to build body discipline and involves fitness skills, which helps you compose both physical and mental condition. Also, it builds your stamina and makes your capable enough to face any challenge in life.

Motivation: If we engage ourselves in monotonous routine of daily life, we lose motivation of doing anything and become a part of everyday grind. But thrilling sports gives you sense of achievement which brings back your motivation and energy.
